If you're struggling financially, and need a little help getting through the holidays, you may be eligible to receive a selection of grocery vouchers, toys, and gift cards. After a summer break, the Neighbourhood Small Grants program is back! During our fall funding cycle, Richmond residents can apply for up to $500, which can be used to complete a community project. Submit your application by November 9.
