What is the position?

Assist with sorting toys, stocking shelves, boxing toys and running bags of toys to registration.

Summary of Essential Job Functions

Sort toys based on categories and price
Sort toys into designated staging areas
Ensure donated toys are child-appropriate
Organize books according to age group
Pack up and prepare toys for storage following end of program
Promote and participate in a welcoming and friendly environment for all team members

Time Commitment

Minimum 5 shift commitment (approximately 8-10 hours in total)
Shifts November 13th- December 17th

Training:

All volunteers must attend in-person training. Additional on-site training will be provided at the beginning of each shift and staff area always available to answer questions.

Thursday, October 22 or Tuesday November 10 from 5:30 – 6:30pm

Commitment
Short term

Minimum 5 shift commitment. Shifts are available from November 13th - December 17th on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 3:30 - 5:00pm and Saturdays 9:30am - 2:30pm

Volunteers must attend one training session in addition to the 5 shift commitment
