A good night’s sleep is an essential part of maintaining good health for caregivers and those we care for. But more than a third of adults really struggle with good sleep. You may have tried remedy and scoured the internet on tips on sleep hygiene to no avail. Based on the ground breaking program of Dr. Michael Mosley, this workshop will share with you the tried and true strategies, fascinating case studies, and a number of delicious sleep promoting recipes, and more.
Active audience participation is encouraged as we explore the science of dreaming, explain why gut health and meal times matter, and review tips and tricks to help you not only to sleep better, but to reduce stress levels and to restore the energy you need to carry on caregiving.
