Our Hub is working with Chelan Wilkins, Registered Holistic Nutritionist & Women’s Health Educator to present this workshop and discuss the importance of finding balance in your nutrition for optimal health and wellness. Chelan will explain how to keep your nutrition simple, focusing on essential macro nutrients such as healthy carbohydrates, essential protein sources and the benefits of healthy fats. During this seminar , Chelan will also share tips to finding balance in your daily nutrition and how the foods we eat play a huge role in our overall health and wellness at any age.

Chelan Wilkins is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and Women’s Health Educator with over 7 years of experience within the Natural Health and Wellness Industry. Chelan ran her own success nutrition practice focusing on women’s health, hormones, and addressing stress and digestive disorders. With a passion for natural health , Chelan focuses her time on education around the fundamentals of nutrition and natural health practices to support overall health and wellness, as well as education women on redefining their health.
