Caregiver Support Group (English)

Starts February 20, 2026 at 2:30 PM
Ends February 20, 2026 at 4:30 PM

Are you a family member or friend caring for a loved one aged 65 and older? If you are an unpaid caregiver supporting an older adult who lives at home in Richmond, we warmly invite you to join our Caregivers Support Group.

Caring for someone you love can be meaningful, but it can also feel overwhelming and isolating at times. This support group offers a safe, welcoming space where caregivers can come together to share experiences, listen to one another, and find reassurance. Through mutual understanding and peer support, caregivers can feel heard, validated, and reminded that they are not alone on this journey.

Whether you are new to caregiving or have been caring for a long time, you are welcome to join us. Come connect with others who truly understand, exchange practical insights, and take a moment to care for yourself while caring for others.
