Finger Knitting (English/Zoom)

Starts February 02, 2022 at 1:00 PM
Ends February 02, 2022 at 3:00 PM

Finger knitting, guided by Barbara Gastelum, is a great activity to support your brain health and improve general well-being. It also sharpens your attention and focus with the movement of your fingers.

Come and join us on Zoom, caregivers in Richmond! The class is free. You can use your own yarn (1 skein would be enough) or pick up a free skein of yarn at our office. Please also
prepare a couple of pencils or chopsticks for taking a break with our fingers sometimes.
