What is the position?

Registration volunteers are the heart of the Christmas Fund - they make the entire program tick. Specifically, they facilitate the registration of applicants, always doing their best to qualify families for the program while continuing to follow the Christmas Fund Guidelines. This is a position that comes with a lot of responsibility, but just as many rewards.

We are looking for individuals who have the following skills:

High level of customer service experience
Dependable, accurate and honest
Good interpersonal skills
Sensitivity and confidentiality
Additional languages an asset
