Building Your Positive Mental Fitness

Hybrid Training:

You can join this workshop as a "Roomer" (attending in person) or a "Zoomer" (attending via Zoom).

After you have registered, we will contact you to confirm your preference.

If you are joining on Zoom, we recommend using a laptop so it's easier to interact with other participants! Zoom participants will receive the online workshop link prior to the session.

About This Workshop

Most leaders and teams work too hard, experience too much conflict, friction and anxiety, and greatly underachieve their potential and productivity. This is because every team member is unknowingly sabotaging both their own and their team’s performance and wellbeing. Discovering these root-level factors of performance and wellbeing dramatically simplifies personal and professional development.

This interactive, impactful and fun 2.5-hour workshop will introduce you to a scientifically-based process to understand and improve our mental fitness. You will discover how you sabotage your own performance, well-being and relationships. More importantly, you'll engage in an exploration of how you can impact areas such as stress management, relationship improvement, performance, creativity, resilience and leadership through building your 3 ‘sage’ muscles.

When you register, you will be provided with a link that will enable you to complete a free, fun assessment that will identify your ‘saboteurs’! So join us on November 16 and engage with others to build your mental fitness skills!
