We welcome new ideas and people who want to put them into practice.

What is the position?

Help set up, Serve food, with Kids Games or clean up.

This yearly event sees over 500 people visit our site to participate in a Japanese Summer Festival. There are Dances, Kids Games, Food Booths, and Raffles.

Volunteers can choose where they want to participate based on their availability.

All volunteers receive a free meal and will have time to also be a particpant in the event if they choose to do so.

Based on availability volunteers will work 2 Hour shifts, possibly more than one if they would like. The Festival is in the afternoon / evening of July 15th. Setup will happen the night before and morning of the event. There will be an orientation a few days before the event, and each new volunteer will be mentored.
